PRAWN COCONUT CURRY SOUP!
Rich in exotic flavours and spices, it's simple to prepare and tastes 5 star!
WHAT YOULL NEED:
250g Prawns raw & peeled
FOR THE BASE:
Green & red chillies
1. To a large heated wok add half the coconut milk and heat. On top add all of the base spices and stir for 5 minutes to let the flavours mingle.
2. Throw in the prawns, vegetables and remaining coconut milk.
3. Turn the heat down and place a lid on the wok. Let it cook for 20 minutes on a low/medium heat.
4. Serve and enjoy while it's hot! Healthy and delic. Will you be trying it?
