Last week you read HOW TO GET A SKINNY STOMACH. This week were focusing on the arms. Valentines day is coming up and I'm sure you'll all be looking lovely! However, I do know some girls who are a bit shy and won't take off their jackets because they're not confident about their arms! So that's going to be this FIT FRIDAYs article! Welcome to another FIT FRIDAY article! I know loads of you dolls, like myself are trying to lose some weight and tone up this year so here are 3 very effective exercise for banishing belly fat! THE LOVE HANDLES DESTROYER This exercise focuses on your abs, waist and sides. Simply lie on your side and hold yourself up elbow. Keep your legs tight together and suck your tummy in. Hold it in as long as possible and repeat! THE BULGE BUSTSR This ones great for a pudgy belly. Lie down flat on your back, arms and legs tight to your body on the floor. Next, bring your knees up to your chest and squeeze your tummy in. You should feel the burn doing this one! Repeat this as many times as you can. THE PUDGE PUNCH Work your stomach by throwing some hard and powerful punches. Turn your body to the side and twist your tummy. This is great for working arms and abs at the same time and can help you lose inches off your waist.

How to do Pectoral Flys: Lying on your back with dumbbells in your hands down by your sides. Raise your arms above your chest and keep your elbows pointing out.
