Hi dolls, welcome to another FIT FRIDAY! This week were chatting all about H2O. Rumour has it, drinking more will make you skinny – is that really true though?
Gulping tons of water wont actually make you thin but itll help you shed extra pounds along the way! The reasons for this being is logical. Drinking more water when youre hungry will actually cut cravings by filling up your tummy – making you feel fuller.

Cut sugary drinks
Slurping water or teas is practically no cals! So instead of grabbing a coke, opt for some refreshing water.
Replenish and hydrate
Your body is made up of up to 60% water so treat it well! Water helps regulate body
functions so make sure to drink about 8 glasses a day. It gives you more energy,
makes you feel better and balanced.
Brain, why you so stupid? Plenty of times, when your thirsty, your brain will actually send you signals to eat. Put the sausage down and grab a glass of water!
You'll see these cravings vanish in a matter of minutes!!
So, yes, drink up ladies! Even if you don’t like ordinary water, try substitute with herbal teas and flavoured water such as Ginger, lemon, mint water and just watch out for the sugar!
