Eating and snacking healthy, in regular intervals releases a constant flow of energy to the body, which helps weight loss. This also makes you feel fuller and more satisfied during the day. So no more sad starving!! |
So what foods should you be chomping on?
Well we recommend a balanced diet. Eat a big breakfast - you can burn off these cals during the day. Avoid foods high in fats and sugars. Oh and ditch the junk food. Swap the sweets with some nuts and raisins which contain natural sugars. Try incorporate two servings of fresh fruit a day. Dump the fizzy drinks for green tea (detoxing and yum) and finally, don't eat too late. After 8 is a no no- so give your body a rest!
