Hi lovely ladies I'm back with another FIT FRIDAY article! This ones all about setting real goals for yourself! Enjoy :)
It's cutting season and this mean its time to cut the junk food in preparation for the bikini body! A lot of people when dieting and working out only focus on losing weight quickly but what what you should be really trying to do is lower body fat and gain muscle! Cut out fatty foods and get your trainer to measure your body fat using a special callipers. Then get working on your goals!
I know girls are totally afraid of bulking up if they do too many heavy exercise but trust me ladies, you won't! We don't actually have the body and muscle to naturally become big and beefy and like guys do so don't worry about that anymore. Make a goal for yourself to become stronger, lift more and carry those packed shopping bags home with ease! A little muscle definition especially on the arms and abs is gorgeous.

Run a marathon!
Pick an event of your choice and train up for it. Not only will you feel amazing when you've completed it, you'll be super fit & happy! Training for marathons is so hard, I'm not going to lie but they're usually for a good cause, you'll get to meet some amazing people and you'll really push yourself and do something you didn't think you were capable of! Start off small with a mini fun run or ladies marathon.
