HELLO GORGEOUS TONED ARMS!
How are you gorgeous ladies? Last week you read HOW TO GET A SKINNY STOMACH. This week were focusing on the arms.
Valentines day is coming up and I'm sure you'll all be looking lovely!
However, I do know some girls who are a bit shy and won't take off their jackets because they're not confident about their arms! So that's going to be this FIT FRIDAYs article!
The best way to tone up your arms and the back of them is with these two exercises:
Sitting at the end of a bench or even you can use a stable chair, slide off the bench so you're bum is in the air but you're still in a sitting position.
Place your arms behind you on the bench and slowly work up and down. Bending your knees and elbows. Thus one is tough so try do as many reps as you can!
Lie on the floor, body still as a plank. Push yourself up with your arms like you're doing a push up. Hold the position for as long as you can then repeat.

The bench exercise is great when you're about the house or cooking in the kitchen, just grab a chair and start pumping while you're waiting for dinner to cook! That's what i do :)
