Fit Friday is back! Last week I brought you THE SECRET TO A SEXY BUM, this week were talking about boobs! What girl doesn't want bigger boobs? Unless you're blessed with a Jordan style body, you might want to take a look at this simple exercise tip that can shape, lift and boost your boobs!
What you'll need:
- Motivation to look amazing
Lying on your back with dumbbells in your hands down by your sides. Raise your arms above your chest and keep your elbows pointing out. Bring your arms back down slowly in a controlled speed and manner. Repeat this about 20 times, do a couple reps, 3-5 times a week!

TIP: for a super boob lift for an event or special occasion, do this exercise and try a firming gel or wrap. I've seen girls have amazing lift effects!
