Who wants to be a photo super model?
This time we we're talking about the face and this article's super important. No matter what age you are, there's nothing worse than a double chin / saggy face / puffy eyes / slumpy lumpy cheeks /wrinkles... and the list goes on!
I feel myself sometimes when I put on a bit of weight (like after Christmas) that it immediately goes to my face! And then every picture I take... you can see it straight away! And it's like a subconscious thing... you notice it yourself and this can kind of affect your confidence too. So, I guess I'm not the only one who sometimes wants a skinnier face.
Here's an amazing exercise for you to try, to tighten, brighten and perfect your face! Read below <3

Either standing or sitting, breathe in and make the biggest smile you can (like youre a beauty pageant girl!). Hold that pose for a couple seconds - feel your cheeks stretch! Then, pout your lips out like you're about to kiss the love of your life and hold that again! Repeat this 20 times and a couple reps!
