Put on some music for inspiration
This is probably one of the best ways to boost your creativity!! Personally I like to listen to chill music / instrumental or jazz when I'm focused on writing something. Some people will suggest Mozart but I'd tell you just stick on some music you like. Spotify is great for this kinda thing and they have playlists dedicated to writing and study and loads more, it's brill!! Here's what's on my playlist right now.
Lite a Yankee candle
Setting the scene can be very important too. I have a ton of candles in my bedroom all different scents from love heart to coconut to orange and vanilla. I like to lite them in the evenings, the room smells lovely and relaxing. Perfect for plucking up some ideas.

Drink green tea
I love green tea! It's delicious and amazing for you. I drink it most evenings when I'm in bed. It's is great for detoxing your body and relaxing you. Brew yourself a cup of green tea, relax and let the words flow.
Try some yoga
A few stretches and poses can help release tension and get you feeling back in touch with your creative side. Exercise is amazing and when your body is feeling great, your mind will be pumping at 110%. Yogas the best for boosting creativity dolls. Make sure to do it in a peaceful, quiet and try calm your kind and keep your eyes closed. Some easy poses you might like to give a go are: child's pose, cat pose & downward dog - a few simple ones to get you started!
Use your favourite pen & diary
Okay this is a girly one but its a nice one. If writing is something you enjoy get yourself a good quality, cute little diary. The one I have is pictured above, it's pink and I bought it in Harrods, London when I was there last time. Get yourself a good pen to go with it too! I love my diary, it's a pleasure to write in it. This definitely helps me be more creative.
