Thanks for your question. That used to happen to me a lot before too, especially when I wasn't using a tanning mitt! I know its sometimes easier to just use your hands but then they do turn a bit brown, but, here are two simple solutions:
1. Using your hands
What I recommend is if you're not using a mitt, to wash your hands after you apply your tan, use some lemon juice - which will help remove and lighten the tan. Scrubbing your hands with toothpaste should also help!
If you're using a mitt, don't reapply any product onto your mitt. Leave your hands until the end and when you're finished doing your tan, use the tan that's already on your mitt. Don't reapply. Use the mitt and apply it gently onto the hands. After that use some hand cream - I recommend Aveeno. This will make sure you hands look even, golden and gorgeous!
Hope this helps and thanks for reading! If you have a question for me, personal, fashion or beauty related, please pop me a mail here or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
